Product details
Hydraulically actuated disc brake can provide safe, reliable and smooth backspin control.Brake disc is horizontally located above the bearing box, Two sets of brake pads provide sufficient braking force； The system employs a hydraulic motor drived by the hollow shaft， When the device goes into backspin，the hydraulic motor supplies pressurized oil to activate the brake pads， Brake pads and disc achieve friction braking.

Product Applications
SDH series driveheads are specifically designed for PC pump systems，The driveheads applications with robust, longlife field duty .
One or two electric motor ，coupled to a hollow shaft through belts and sheaves.The hollow shaft is coupled to the polished rod through a clamp. The lower part is rope style packing stuffing box.
The motor is adjustable using a hinged door and mounts. The belts and sheaves are fully enclosed .
Backspin contral on the drivehead is controlled by a hydrodynamic braking system. When the device shuts down and reverses occurs, the hollow shaft drives the hydraulic pump to rotate, the hydraulic brake starts working；Braking action is immediate, smooth .The braking force changes with the reverses. speed， Until the reverses stops.
